| Q. | Must I remove my tank? |
| A. | Short answer is yes. It is a provincial statute and most municipalities have additional bylaws that require abandoned tanks to be removed. As well, if you are planning on selling your home purchasers and mortgage lenders will require proof that the tank has been removed. It should also be noted that many insurance companies are refusing to insure homes until abandoned tanks have been removed. |

| A. | Yes. Stormworks provides you with a certificate and sends a copy to the municipal fire department where it is recorded that your tank has been properly removed. |
